Mahfoof’s policy does not permit the sale of used, damaged, expired, faked or not original products. Our policies, training and procedures are aimed at ensuring that only the highest quality products are sold in our online store. Furthermore, our providers, suppliers, manufacturers, agents and partners have commitment to apply proper tested control measures to ensure that our products are in the highest quality and reach you in the right condition. CANCELLATION / ORDER CHANGES
In accordance with global retail industry standards and due to nature of some products, quality and safety specifications. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on ALL Products/Items unless shipping damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

mahfoof.com immediately will begin to process shopping orders after submitted to us through the website, so we apologize, once an order has been placed we are not able to cancel or adjust it. We respect your options and decisions, but please be sure to check your order before it is placed/submitted to make sure it is completely accurate.

BROKEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Once your order arrives, please examine it for any obvious defective (Inspect the package, the method of packaging and sealing, or any defects visible on the package) for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.

If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we are really sorry for that! You can immediately inform us about damaged items through our online return process.

Kindly note, Mahfoof requires photos of damaged or defective items for proper inspection . This also allows our shipping and product partners to better serve you in the future.

If you find any discrepancy in an order please do not throw away or destroy any part of the packaging, box or products, or we will not be able to assist you to obtain a refund or exchange. It is very important that you retain these materials as we must have them in order to make a claim with the appropriate shipper and without them, it is impossible to submit a claim.

RETURNING PROCESS

  • We do not accept returned items that sent back by you directly without contacting our support team as a first step : [email protected]
  • Please note, additional clarification may be required on damaged or defective items. In these special circumstances, you will receive further instructions from our support team.
  • In case the product has arrived damaged, defective, faulty or incorrectly supplied we can replace without extra fees.
  • Our support team will provide you with the return address and further details as required.

REFUSED/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your package is refused/rejected by you or undelivered at the time of delivery or returned to sender, then a re-sending fees of AED 50.00/- will be charged to you and delivery reschedule need to be updated.
